3. Vertragsschluss

If you send us inquiries via the contact form or book an appointment via Calendly, your details will be stored for the purpose of processing the inquiry.

First name, Last name, E-mail address, Phone number and the content of your message.

Legal basis

The processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, provided your inquiry is related to the fulfillment of a contract.

4. Vergütung

This website uses the visitor action pixel from Meta (Facebook) for conversion measurement. Provider is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited.

5. Haftung

Eine bestimmte Anzahl an Leads, Umsatz oder Conversions wird nicht garantiert.

Wir schulden die fachgerechte Erbringung der Dienstleistung, nicht einen konkreten wirtschaftlichen Erfolg.

6. Kündigung

Laufende Betreuungsverträge können mit 14 Tagen Frist zum Monatsende gekündigt werden, sofern nichts anderes vereinbart wurde.

6. Gerichtsstand

Soweit zulässig, ist Hamburg Gerichtsstand.
